The Windsong Homeowners Association consists of all homeowners within Windsong, an Indianapolis neighborhood of 225 homes with access to Geist Reservoir. Windsong development began in 1984 under Shorewood Development.
A volunteer board of directors manages HOA business. Only homeowners may vote on business put forth by the board. The board meets monthly with open meetings typically in April and July.
Homeowners are responsible for the yearly assessment of dues, which are billed quarterly to the homeowner.
